Keyboard shortcuts

  • Ctrl k: go to a record by number, even while typing
  • /: jump to search field

In the search field

  • Search by regular expression by enclosing a pattern with slashes, e.g. /r.nger/ or /\b(dog|cat)\b/
  • All searches are case-insensitive
  • Searches cover more than the columns shown: a place also matches on its landmark, artist, hometown, contact email, website and UID

These single-key shortcuts can be turned off on the Settings page.
